What is Chahar Bagh?

Chahar Bagh is the first project of RUDA in Zone 1 of master plan. It is a gated community located on the Ring Road between the Quaid e Azam and Shareef Pura interchanges.

RUDA Chahar Bagh offers a variety of properties, including residential plots, sky rises, midrises, condos, and commercial units.

Fully developed plots will be provided to buyers within a short period of 2 years irrespective of their payment plans. Construction of houses will be allowed even before the completion of the payment schedule.

The buyer will pay the development charges based on the actual cost of their plot and sizes accordingly. Before taking possession of the plot, you must pay the charges.

RUDA plans to aggressively extend its infrastructure into different sectors and blocks in compliance with the evolving urban requirements of Lahore.

The development of RUDA Chahar Bagh in on track. The infrastructure, oval shape, and main boulevard have been completed, and construction of sewerage lines and street roads are in progress.

The main boulevard is 200 feet broad, while the secondary road is 100, and the streets are 40 feet wide.
